Workplace mediation is an opportunity for people to resolve practical problems through communication and negotiation between individuals or groups to assist them in reaching a voluntary resolution to their dispute. Mediation offers a confidential opportunity to raise issues in private with an impartial independent third party.

 

At Second Mile Consulting, we focus on relational mediation, where individuals can talk, listen and collectively problem-solve in order to repair their relationship.
