All teams develop habits – some helpful, some less so. Most teams are not aware of these habits. This diagnostic will help highlight these habits by focusing on 6 key attributes of dialogue.  It does not pre-suppose there are any problems, nor does it give solutions – it is intended to start a conversation about how the team ‘talks’.

The best judge of a how a team interacts is the team itself –this tool invites team members to do just that by completing a 36 online questionnaire which takes no more than 10-15 minutes to complete.  All responses are anonymous

A debrief, usually designed in an away-day format, happens with the whole team – everyone receives a copy of the results on the day and the facilitator explains the underpinning model and facilitates a discussion about the results. It’s a great opportunity for a team to pause and talk about how it talks.
