Teams sometimes come together through careful planning and design. More often there’s a large degree of serendipity, where we have to work with what we’ve got. We do that by understanding each other – learning to value strengths and work around weaknesses.

Planning

Facet5 TeamScape helps us understand how best to do this by making comparisons between individual working styles and creating a better understanding and appreciation of our differences. It gives a clear picture of the team and those within it, showing how they interact and focuses on their areas of strength to promote greater team synergy.

This tool supports creating a common language within an organisation; enables better communication around attitudes, motivators and challenges, making difficult conversations easier to have and conflicts easier to resolve.

Potential

Whether building a team, integrating a new hire or looking at organisational culture, through Facet5 we can work with individuals, teams and organisations to help them realise their full potential.

Each participant will complete an online questionnaire that should take no more than 15-20 minutes to complete, followed by a feedback session with an accredited Facet5 Principal Consultant. A full or half-day TeamScape workshop will then be designed in consultation with the organisation.
